Dolphin therapy is said to benefit children with special needs in a number of ways. Many people think that being in close proximity with dolphins can affect special children like Rosie in a profound way and many parents have reported a change in their child after contact with dolphins, such as an increase in verbal behaviour, or a sense of calm whilst in contact with them.
